Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a service with Switchback Tires LLC. By scheduling an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
 

1. Services

Switchback Tires LLC provides mobile tire and wheel swap services within Summit County, Colorado. Services are performed at the customer’s specified location. We reserve the right to decline service on any vehicle we determine is unsafe to work on, requires equipment outside our capabilities, or is located outside our service area.
 

2. Booking & Deposit

A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance at the time of completion. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will receive a full refund of the $25 deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
 

Rescheduling is available at no charge at any time, and your deposit will carry over and be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

4. Payment

The remaining service balance is due at the time of completed service. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through HousecallPro. We do not store payment card information.

 

For annual subscription customers, the remaining balance after the $25 deposit is due at the time of your first service appointment. The subscription covers two swap appointments within a 12-month period and does not renew automatically. Unused appointments are non-refundable.
 

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your spare set of tires or wheels is accessible and ready at the time of your appointment. If your spare set is unavailable or inaccessible at the time of service, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. You are also responsible for providing accurate vehicle information at the time of booking.
 

6. Liability

Switchback Tires LLC will torque all wheels to manufacturer specifications and perform services with professional care. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to stripped or corroded lug nuts, damaged wheel studs, warped rotors, cracked wheels, or tire damage present prior to service. We are not responsible for issues that arise from incorrect vehicle or wheel information provided by the customer.
 

Our liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
 

7. Weather & Access

We operate in Summit County and understand mountain weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or road conditions that prevent safe travel to your location, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. We require reasonable vehicle access: a flat, stable surface with enough clearance to safely operate our equipment.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in Summit County, Colorado.
 

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
